Jeff Vallone, son of legendary restaurateur Tony Vallone, ran the successful Grotto Restaurant, considered by many to be Houston's premeire Italian restaurant.

Together they represent unmatched passion and expertise, and bring their decades of experience to Sugar Land. Jeff and Bruce share a desire to make every visit perfect, and treat first time visitors like regulars, and regulars like family.
